Depends on your budget..I found probably the only 40mm GMT Panerai "homage" (.it's a Parnis copage of PAM244). I'd say in the 100$ range you can't go wrong with Parnis or Geervo from AliExpress. Just grab a good NOOB fake from hont, they go for 150 shipped and are as good as the real deal. The Steeldive has been discontinued, I believe, and only came in green, though you may find one around (check the TIMEDO store on AliX). San Martin discontinued their first homage, but the SN0065-G looks pretty good with a California dial. It's smaller at 40mm with an odd 21mm lug width.
