The Pluton was Breitling's price leader for several years in the early-mid 90's. It did use a Citizen-sourced movement. Breitling's Calibre B51 & 59 were both Myota Movements. You need a replacement movement. Luckily they are easy to find and easy to swap. It takes the Miyota Y652, or Y653, movement that was used by many different watch brands over the years. Just check on Ebay for a Seiko H461, for example, and you see that it's an identical movement but in a smaller case.
